Who we are

This privacy policy explains how Signal78, Inc. ("Signal78," "we," "us") collects and uses personal information through signal78.ai and its pages, forms, blog and emails (the "site").

Signal78 is an agentic operating platform for agencies. This policy covers the website. Data our customers put into the platform itself is covered by their agreement with us.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us and basic information about how you use the site.

• Information you give us: when you fill out a form, sign up for our newsletter, download a resource, book a meeting or email us. This usually means your name, work email, company and details about your team, plus anything you choose to tell us.
• Information collected automatically: such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site that sent you here, collected through cookies (see Cookies and tracking).

We don't ask for sensitive information such as health, financial or government ID data. Please don't put it in a comment field.

How we use it

We use your information to answer you, run the site and tell you about Signal78.

• Respond to your requests and set up meetings
• Send the newsletter, resources and updates you sign up for, which you can opt out of at any time
• Improve the site, keep it secure and meet legal obligations

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it to train AI models.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take, or on our legitimate interest in running the site.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the site, host our forms and newsletter, send email and schedule meetings. They may use it only to do that work for us.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy would still apply to it.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your choices and understand how people use the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer, or block cookies in your browser. The site still works without analytics cookies.

Emails

We email you only when you sign up for In the Loop, download a resource or contact us.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, or you can email hello@signal78.ai. If you unsubscribe, we may still send messages about a meeting or engagement you've set up with us.

Retention, security and transfers

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.

We're based in the United States, and your information may be processed there.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop marketing emails.

Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local privacy laws, such as getting a copy of your information or objecting to how we use it.

To make a request, email hello@signal78.ai. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

The site is for business professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on the site or email subscribers.
